Tiers Explained

Silver (190USD/mo): Our Silver tier provides full scale coverage, including protection against unauthorized use of content and management of online reputation. This includes monitoring and removing unauthorized content from the internet using advanced automated tools. To enhance the customer experience, we offer regular reporting and updates on our efforts, as well as timely response to any concerns or questions. We also offer a dedicated account manager for each customer to ensure personalized attention. In addition, our clients can send in as many links as they want for us to send DMCAs for. This allows clients to have a high volume of Take-down requests, in addition to the automated monitoring and removing process, ensuring that infringing content is removed in a timely manner.

Gold (350USD/mo): Our Gold tier builds upon the Silver offering with added benefits such as increased manual searching, more keywords, and faster responses. Our Gold tier builds upon the Silver offering with added benefits such as increased manual searching and a greater number of keywords monitored for improved response time. This ensures that our clients’ content is protected across all platforms and that almost all unauthorized use is quickly identified and removed. To enhance the customer experience, we offer a more advanced reporting system, as well as a higher level of communication and collaboration with our clients to tailor our efforts to their specific needs and goals. It also includes an iterative process for identifying and removing copyrighted content from the internet. This process involves the following steps:

  1. Automated scraping of Google, Bing, Reddit, Twitter, and other platforms: We use advanced automated tools to scan various platforms such as Google, Bing, Reddit, Twitter, and other platforms for instances of our clients’ copyrighted content. These tools are designed to identify and flag any content that matches our clients’ copyrighted material.

  2. Manual review by a real person: Our team of experts then manually reviews the flagged content to ensure that the automated process has not missed anything.

  3. Adjusting the automated processes: Based on the results of the manual review, we make adjustments to our automated processes to improve their accuracy and effectiveness.

  4. Continual monitoring: We will continually monitor the process and make adjustments as needed to ensure that we are capturing all the infringing content, and to make sure that the process is up to date.

This iterative process allows us to quickly and effectively identify and remove infringing content from not just Google, but also Bing, Reddit, Twitter and other platforms, while also ensuring that our clients’ copyrighted content is protected. We also provide regular progress reports and updates to our clients to keep them informed about the actions taken to protect their content.

Platinum (600USD/mo): Our Platinum tier is our most comprehensive offering, providing full scale support for both DMCA and non-DMCA related issues, including tracking and reporting of leakers’ PayPal emails, sending Cease and Desist letters, filing GDPR requests, and regular content monitoring. We also have the capability to search through non-DMCA compliant sites, and send Take-downs to any file-hosting site they are using to host copyrighted content, including sites like mega.nz, gofile.com, and others. This ensures that infringing content is removed not just from the infringing site, but also from all other platforms where it may have been distributed, including file hosting platforms, providing the most complete protection possible for our clients’ copyrighted content. To enhance the customer experience, we offer 24/7 support, consultations, and a multi-disciplinary team to handle issues that may arise.

This service is tailored to the needs of professional content creators, businesses, and public figures who require the highest level of protection and support.

Please note, for all tiers of service and for all DMCA services, there will always be sites that will not comply with DMCA requests. Sometimes it is because they are in a country whose government does not enforce those laws, such as Russia or Iran. Because we do not want to advertise these sites, there is no publicly available list of non-compliant sites, but, if you have any questions please contact our team and we will help you as best as we can.

Thank you.
